Fall bear Hunts
Our autumn bear hunting season kicks off in September and extends through November. During the early part of the fall season, black bears are busy filling their bellies with the last remnants of the berry crop in preparation for the impending hibernation period. At this time, we employ the spot-and-stalk method, relying on glassing to locate our quarry. Black bears are active throughout the day during this season, providing ample opportunities for sightings.
